In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the c7777 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any c7777 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the c7777 Privacy Policy and any specific game, promotion, or product rules published on the platform.

The c7777 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. c7777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your own device.

Amendments: c7777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, c7777 will provide notice to registered users via email or an on-platform notification no fewer than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, unless an immediate change is required by law or regulatory obligation. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account termination by c7777: c7777 may suspend or permanently close any account at any time if:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions is established or reasonably suspected
• A regulatory or legal requirement compels us to do so
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months and no open balance is held
• We determine at our reasonable discretion that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform's integrity or security

Account closure by the User: You may close your c7777 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts or arbitration panels designated under c7777's licensing authority, and you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction for the purpose of any such proceedings.
